Chat Receipts provides tools to import, view, search, and analyze AI conversation exports from services like ChatGPT and Grok. The Service includes a free web tool and an iOS application.

3. Your Data

You own your data. Chat Receipts processes your conversation files entirely on your device. We do not access, collect, store, or transmit your conversation data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Redistribute or resell the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated summaries and analysis may contain errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat Receipts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Chat Receipts processes exports from third-party services (ChatGPT by OpenAI, Grok by xAI). We are not affiliated with these services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
